Who You Are
You are analytical, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You are confident in managing deadlines, solving problems, and communicating clearly in both French and English. You are eager to grow your career in supply chain operations and enjoy working in a team that values precision and continuous learning.

- Ability to manage high volumes of transactional data accurately
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Fluent in both spoken and written French and English
- Proactive, self-motivated, and organized
- Comfortable working independently and within a team
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Preferred: Experience with FAP software, TMS, or similar platforms
- Preferred: Background in freight audit, logistics, or accounts payable
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Diploma or degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field
What You Will Do
- Investigate and resolve freight invoice discrepancies promptly
- Conduct accurate audits and ensure timely payment processing
- Provide bilingual support to internal teams and external partners
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with carriers and vendors
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve audit accuracy and workflow efficiency
- Analyze freight data to identify trends, risks, and cost-saving opportunities
- Assist in process development and system optimization
- Support clients with professional, solution-oriented service
- Prepare and review reporting packages to support audit transparency
